Get Ready to Make a Splash: Your Lake's Summer of Safety and Fun!

Your dedicated LBCA has been working tirelessly to ensure that this summer is a blast and a safe one for all. With the arrival of the warm weather, it's time to embrace the water-filled adventures that await!

Water Safety Takes Center Stage

Kicking off the season, we, together with the Department of Natural Resources (DNR), gathered over 50 enthusiastic attendees to share invaluable insights on boating safety. This informative session, which was a testament to our community's commitment to safety, gave us all essential knowledge on navigating the waters responsibly.

If you missed it, our communications team will share engaging videos and educational materials throughout the summer, reinforcing these critical safety practices. Stay tuned and stay informed!

Rhythm and Revelry on the Shoreline

Memorial Day weekend started our highly anticipated Summer Vibes Concert Series. And what a start it was! With a whopping 800 people grooving to the tunes of the one and only Mark Eskew, aka Elvis, the energy was electric. But fear not, the party is just getting started!

The talented band The Holdouts will take the stage this weekend, and three more unforgettable performances are lined up to keep the summer vibes flowing. Check our website for all the details and mark your calendars – you won't want to miss a beat!

Unlock the Secrets of Lakeside Living

Get ready to uncover the hidden gems of our lakeside community at the biannual Tour of Homes on June 22. This highly sought-after experience is already sold out, a testament to our community's love for our local culture and history. A big shoutout to the Tour of Homes team for their hard work in making this event a huge success!

Mark Your Calendars for the Annual Dinner

Save the date! Saturday, July 13, we're gathering for our Annual Member Dinner and Meeting at the picturesque YMCA Camp High Harbour. Due to increased food prices this year, there will be a small charge for all attendees. But trust us, it's a small price to pay for an evening filled with delicious food, lively conversations, and the chance to catch up with your neighbors.

Plus, you'll get to learn about all the exciting happenings on the lake. Space is limited, so make your reservations now! Don't miss out on this social and informative event!

Get ready to dive into a summer of unforgettable experiences where safety and fun go hand-in-hand. Your LBCA is committed to ensuring every moment spent on our beloved lake is a memorable and responsible adventure. So, grab your life jackets, crank up the tunes, and make this summer one for the books!

See you on the lake!
