Profile Review

For a single member account, you will be configured as Member 1. Please ensure that your preferred name and email address have been either selected from the list or entered as an alternative to the list.

If there are two of you, you can choose your preference as to who will be Member 1 and who will be Member 2.  Member 1’s email address is the only one that can be used for logging in to the system, so it will have to be shared by the two of you for that purpose.

However please note: with regard to LBCA newsletters and normal LBCA email correspondence, there are individual preferences for each member as to what is sent to their own email address. Those preferences, along with the remainder of your profile, should be reviewed after the new site is live.

In addition to the two member email addresses, there is a third email address used in the system for billing and administrative correspondence.  This email address could simply be set to that of either member, or it could be an entirely different email address.  For example, if you have an assistant or property manager, his/her email address could be entered to direct that type of correspondence to them.
