Centennial Closing Fireworks - September 5, 2020
The Lake Burton Centennial Events for 2020 close out after an exciting summer with fireworks displayed at the north end of Lake Burton, against the backdrop of Waterfall Club and the majestic North Carolina mountains.
Historical Preservations & Legacies - 2020
Through the generosity of LBCA Members and others, two iconic and long term Lake Burton fixtures (Burton's first fire truck, the 1948 "Big Red" pumper, and a LaPrade's vacation cabin) will both be restored to their original glory to be used and enjoyed and to leave a tangible legacy of Burton's past. When completed, each will debut during the centennial summer events.
These events and more will make 2020 a year to remember
